By Leonard NcubeZIMBABWE'S largest coal miner, Hwange Colliery Company Limited (HCCL), is reportedly failing to pay workers on time.
Information reaching Chronicle is that workers were last paid on 17 December last year.
Some workers told Chronicle they were shocked when they went to banking halls and found that their January salaries had not been deposited.
The workers said morale was at its lowest ebb.
